Our mission

Orders are shipped in the order they are received, also based on the availability of the item(s). All orders require 1-3 days processing time and will be delivered through USPS, standard shipping within 5-7 days after order processing. 

If a local order is made for pickup, all items must be retrieved within 14 days of purchase. An email is always sent to you to schedule a day and time for pickup. Because all items are custom made, failure to retrieve products within 14 days of purchase will result in the cancellation of the entire order with NO refund. 

Refunds are not available unless the package arrives damaged and proof of damage is emailed to thelandofmah@gmail.com within 15 days. Processing time of refunds,  once approved, is 3-10 business days.

We accept returns of unused items if you notify us within 15 days of delivery of the items. All items are custom made per client request. We do not hold an inventory of any products, as each item is made fresh.  If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so we can arrange for the items to be replaced.
